This 1.04-carat Unheated Ruby gemstone features the Starbrite™ cut.
Natural untreated ruby, a true rarity! This gem has our cutting and overall quite good clarity. (Especially for ruby!) It does have microscopic rutile needles which help show that it is unheated and also help scatter the light more evenly through the gem, they give it a little bit of a "softer" brilliance. To the eye it is essentially clean though. This is a hard to find shape in ruby too.
